Nursery Fees

A full-time nursery place is calculated based on five morning and five afternoon sessions per week.

Fees are determined by your child’s age at the start of each billing period. If your child turns three after the start of one of the periods below, the three-year-old rate will apply from the next invoice onwards.

Nursery fees are billed in four periods each year, aligned to the School’s published term dates. Quarterly invoices cover the following nursery periods:

• Quarter 1: From the first day of the Autumn Term to the start of the Autumn Half Term break.
• Quarter 2: From the first day following the Autumn Half Term break to the final day of the Autumn Term.
• Quarter 3: From the first day of the Spring Term to the final day of the Spring Term.
• Quarter 4: From the first day of the Summer Term to the final day of the Summer Term.

Please note: Fees are based solely on your child’s age at the start of each period, regardless of which nursery room they are placed in.

For example, a child in the nursery who turns 3 on the 15th of November will be charged the 2 year old rate until the end of the Autumn Term.

Whilst we offer some flexibility with sessions, we require 2-year-olds to take a minimum of three sessions in a week, and children who are 3 years or older are required to take a minimum of five sessions each week. Sessions can be made up of full days or mornings only.

A full day counts as two sessions, and a morning counts as one session.

School fees are due and payable on or before the first business day of each quarter or by 12 monthly direct debits per the following breakdown.

The invoices for extras are issued at the end of the Autumn half term and at the end of the Autumn, Spring and Summer terms. Payment may also be made with Childcare Vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare for After School care, Holiday Clubs and Nursery fees (excludes activities run by AccessEA).

We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments.

The School reserves the right to vary the contract with parents. At least a full term’s notice of any variation will be provided.

Lunch charges are included with school fee invoices and will be billed in equal instalments across the academic year. Charges apply regardless of attendance, and no refunds will be given for days a pupil is absent.

Wraparound Care

Cancellations must be received by 9.00am on the day of the booking. Cancellations received after this time, and non-attendance without notice, will be charged in full.

If your child attends without a booking, an unbooked attendance charge of £25 will apply in addition to the normal charges for the sessions used.

Where your child remains in care beyond their booked session, the additional sessions used will be charged at the normal rate plus a 20% surcharge.
 

Holiday Club for EA Pupils

Nursery & P1, from the age of 2 to 6 years old.

The Holiday Club is available throughout most school holidays, with only a few planned closure days. Booking details are sent to parents by email before each holiday period.

Late Collection Charges: Wraparound Care and Holiday Club

A fee of £10 per child every 15 minutes for collections after 6.00pm where no prior notice or reasonable explanation is given. This does not apply to unavoidable emergencies.
