Weights and fitness rooms
The gym here at Academy Sports has both a weights and a fitness room available for public use.
The fitness room contains 4 treadmills, 1 stepper, 1 cross trainer, 2 exercise bikes and 3 rowers. All equipment if facing 2 flat screen TVs complete with free view giving you plenty of channels to watch to take your mind off exercising.
The weights room
The weights room contains a leg extension machine, seated row, chest press, lat pull down, seated leg curl, pectoral fly, free weights, mats for floor exercises, smith machine and squat rack.
Like the fitness room we have a flat screen TV in the weights room also with built in free view.
Opening hours
The gym opens from 5pm Monday to Friday and from 9am at weekends.
The gym will be open from 9am weekdays during school holidays.
